By booking a tour package, cab service or any other service with us — whether through our website, WhatsApp, phone or in person — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you are booking on behalf of other travellers (family members, group), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf as well.
🔔 Important: These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Agra Holidays. Please read them carefully before making any payment or booking.
A booking with Agra Holidays is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and our written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email). The booking process works as follows:
Agra Holidays reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without providing a reason. In such cases, any advance payment received will be fully refunded.
📌 Verbal commitments or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive our written confirmation and advance payment has been received.
A minimum advance payment of 25% to 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The exact advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via WhatsApp or email as early as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:

⚠️ Note: Hotel bookings, flight tickets and third-party services may have separate cancellation policies. Non-refundable components (e.g., advance-paid hotel rooms, event tickets) will be deducted from any refund regardless of the above schedule.
Eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will not be provided for unused services, early check-outs, voluntarily missed activities or any portion of the tour not utilised due to the traveller's personal decision.

You may request changes to your booking (travel dates, hotels, itinerary) subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days of departure may attract additional charges. We will always inform you of any extra cost before confirming the change.
In rare circumstances (natural events, hotel unavailability, transport issues), we may need to modify your itinerary. In such cases:

Agra Holidays acts as an organiser and coordinator for travel services. While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, our liability is limited as follows:
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of baggage and other contingencies.
Agra Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:
In force majeure situations, we will make every effort to reschedule your travel or provide a credit note for future use. Refunds in such cases will be subject to recoverable amounts from our service partners.
All travellers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Agra Holidays reserves the right to terminate the tour of any traveller who:
In such cases, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your booking with Agra Holidays shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication on WhatsApp or phone.
